After a long day, one of the best ways to decompress is with a hot bath. Taking a long soak comes with its own long list of benefits, including; mood elevation, improved sleep and pain relief, as well as improved heart health. And that’s from just soaking in water alone! Many people, myself included, like to make this intimate time even more special by adding things to their water. Things like Bath Bombs, Bubble Baths, and my personal favorite: Tub Truffles!
Tub Truffles are similar to bath oil but in solid form, and these little guys are at the top of my bath-time must haves for many reasons. They’re extremely moisturizing and calming, not to mention they smell amazing. And I mean come on…they literally look like chocolate! How cute is that. But don’t be fooled by their small size, each tub truffle is pact with benefits from every all natural ingredient inside.
Read on to find out what these little guys bring to the table…I mean bath.
