Are your feet feeling tired, sore or neglected?  Give yourself a spa day and try this super simple easy to make raw cocoa and mint foot scrub recipe that uses only 4 ingredients. It will exfoliate and moisturize your feet  – leaving them ultra soft and incredibly refreshed.

Our feet, just like the rest of our body, require regular exfoliation to keep them healthy and free from dead skin and callouses. Other benefits of foot exfoliation include; the prevention of cracked heals, increased blood circulation and keeping infections at bay. Surprisingly, massaging the feet can also help reduce aches and pains throughout the entire body when pressure is applied to specific areas. Regular exfoliation not only helps to reduce or eliminate pain and foot problems, it will also leave you with soft, silky smooth feet.

Raw Cocoa and Mint Foot Scrub Recipe

For this recipe you will need:

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup almond oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 drops peppermint essential oil


Melt coconut oil over double boiler. Remove from heat.  Add in almond oil and sugar. Check for preferred consistency.  If preferred, add more sugar to make it a bit thicker or more oil for a thinner consistency.  When cool, add in essential oil and store in clean, dry container. 

To Use:
